EMERGENCY RATES and SAME-DAY SERVICE RATES apply to services that meet EMERGENCY and SAME-DAY SERVICE criteria;
these rates range from $90 / half-hour to $110 / half-hour ... or in some cases, standard rates will apply PLUS an additional EXPRESS SERVICE fee
