Corona Virus / COVID-19

During this time of pandemic virus concerns, we understand the need for your computer equipment and networks to be fully operational. We also recognize the need for personal safety and caution. As such we here at Computer Therapy have instituted the following policies:

If you are feeling unwell, please notify us in advance;

We will endeavor to perform remote and phone service to resolve your issue(s) if possible;

For those situations that require hands-on service/troubleshooting, we would like to avoid one-on-one interaction when picking up or dropping off your computer equipment; this could mean that we notify you when you arrive and you place your equipment in an accessible location for us to pick up; the same applies for equipment return;

Any equipment that we pick up will be thoroughly sanitized at time of pickup; similarly, any equipment that we are returning will also be sanitized at the time of delivery;

We will be as flexible as possible to accommodate your needs and to minimize any potential exposure to you and/or our service technicians.
